JOB TITLE: INSTRUCTOR CONSULTING ENGINEER


Job Description:

NterOne Corporation has immediate openings for a full-time Cisco Trainer / Developer. Candidates must have an appreciation for teaching and learning and the ability and desire to keep up with current technologies. The objective of this full-time position is to deliver technical training classes as well as work on consulting projects in deployment of solutions, and development of course content, including labs. The role may involve some travel to client sites across the Americas, Europe, and Asia as much as 2 times per month.


General Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality classroom instruction.
  • Plan for emerging technologies and prepare for new classes on on-going basis in coordination with NterOne management.
  • Provide superb customer service to every client by maintaining a "whatever it takes" attitude.
  • Assist with on-going projects as requested.
  • Desire to excel in training and consulting.
  • Continued interest in keeping current with latest industry trends.
  • Ability to teach standard classes as well as accelerated, certificate preparation boot camp classes.


Qualifications:

  • Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) is a plus; NterOne will sponsor the ideal candidate to achieve CCSI status. All design and implementation engineers are encouraged to apply.
  • Working and training knowledge in any of Cisco networking, security, voice, wireless, cloud and data center technologies, along with VMware and AWS platform experience.
  • Industry certifications in the relevant area of expertise is preferred. Example CCSI, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
  • Excellent knowledge, including implementation / deployment / development in respective product areas and technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a simple manner.
  • Experience teaching and/or consulting in a corporate setting to corporate end-users.


Salary Range:

JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER


Job Description:

NterOne Corporation has an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Support Engineer in their Data Center in Tyner, NC. Candidate must have an appreciation for learning and the ability and desire to keep up with current technologies. The objective of this full-time position is to support a Cisco, VMware, and NetApp infrastructure that runs over 100 Cisco and VMware labs. The role may involve some travel to our Canadian data center, no more than 4 times per year.      


General Responsibilities:

  • Reset Cisco and VMware labs and email access instructions to internal and external instructors.
  • Support labs related to 1-5 day training classes via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide superb customer service to every client by maintaining a "whatever it takes" attitude.
  • Assist with on-going projects as requested.
  • Desire to excel in support and consulting.
  • Continued interest in keeping current with latest industry trends.
  • Some weekend work required.


Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge in any of Cisco networking, security, voice, wireless.
  • Industry certifications in the relevant area of expertise is preferred. Example CCNA or CCNP.
  • Excellent knowledge, including implementation / deployment / development in respective product areas is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a simple manner.
  • College graduates with IT degrees are welcome to apply.
